I work in personal development with some fairly challenging individuals (including the staff), using adventure activities and expedition skills as tools for self learning.

Activities:

Climbing - I'm happiest in the mountains but don't get out as much as I'd like. Kayak; both whitewater and sea. Open canoe; for journeying. Mountain biking. Skiing (when I get the chance), and an occasional caving trip.

Favorite books:

Hard to pin it on a single book. I've just read Southern exposure, inspiring and a little scary....
